Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1032nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have been facing a problem since March this year.
I'm using a wireless mouse and sometimes when I press the left/right mouse button it jams, which is caused by the fact that only after some pressing the mouse will respond.
Specifications:
System - Windows 11 Pro
System version - 23H2 (22631.3374)
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 4600H
Mouse driver version - ELAN Input Device 22.2.47.1 (13.12.2023)
I updated the mouse driver yesterday via catalog windows update and testing, so far I have not noticed strange problems, but I am 100% sure that the problems will return.
In version 22.2.46.1 there were delays.
How can such a problem be handled?
