Hello,
On 27/10/2023 I ordered on the HP store site, in addition to the HP Envy x360 15-fh0002nl computer, the MPP2.0 TILT pen as recommended by the computer description.
From what I understand, for small products, hp does not have the serial number in the database used to open warranty repair cases with HP service. Consequently, I hope you can help me.
The problem I am experiencing with the pen is one of interaction with the computer. I only need to bring the pen close to the screen for it to write even without me touching the screen. This problem occurred to me for a while, then it went away and I did not experience it again. Lately, however, it is more frequent and makes it impossible for me to write. I have also tried performing screen calibration for pen or touch input from the control panel, but to no avail.
Could you please help me solve this problem? Thank you
