Hello 👋

I'm using HP ZBook 14u G5 Mobile Workstation. My device has built in fingerprint reader and it's not detected and not available to use on Windows Hello. It says " We couldn't find any compatible fingerprint devices with Windows Hello. I've tried every possible way to fix the issue but failed 😔. I Whatever I think I've detected the issue, on device manager there's no fingerprint devices related driver, there's only one under biometric category. Which is "Windows Hello Face. I've tried the all methods possible to fix the problem. Here what I did:

1. Disabled, Uninstalled and Reinstalled Windows Hello Face Driver, Reset PC, Fresh Install Windows, Enable biometric on group policy, I Attempted to install Fingerprint driver manually and it doesn't work. It says installed and added on 0 device. I believe being able to install driver will fix it. I downloaded the latest drivers from official website and doesn't work 😔
