Install the driver that is available either by download from the HP support portal download section or the HP Recovery manager. You can access the Recovery Manager while logged into Windows or by booting to the usb recovery media you should have created by now.

Try the following HP graphics softpaq version 13.152.1.3000. The HP softpaq will also reinstall the notebook's chipset drivers.

Do not install drivers from AMD.

If you read the fine print at AMD, you will find that AMD cautions you that it is best to use the notebook manufacturer's drivers.

Thank you for your reply.
I downloaded the driver sp64482.exe
It proved to be the " Realtek HD Audio Driver version 13.351.1105.1005"

I tried it with the link you told me , but I routed to another page.
So I downloaded  the sp64482.exe from the following links :

** http : //ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64482.exe

** http : //h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail swItemId = ob_126513_1 # tab -history

Interesting.

Use the HP Recovery Manager and install the AMD graphics driver softpaq that is available there.

You may have to run the installer twice.

The first time remove all and restart the notebook. On the second run install everything. Do not install the Intel graphics driver softpaq.

Sorry sir do not understand.

1- you say "remove" the drivers from the Recovery Manager , as I do ? or tell me that I should uninstall the drivers ?

2 - You say  do not install the Intel graphics driver softpaq , but my processor is AMD .

I uninstalled and installed the video driver many times without success .

These are the drivers that I have

2 - You say  do not install the Intel graphics driver softpaq , but my processor is AMD . OK.

I uninstalled and installed the video driver many times without success . Install the first AMD update that you show on the second image that you posted.

These are the drivers that I have

thank you.
I uninstalled and installed these drivers several times without success.
Even the recommendation of the HP support, I made the "restore the system to its original factory state".

the other solution of the HP support is to send the laptop for verification to USA. But I am in Venezuela and shipping is very expensive.
I hope you can help me solve in other ways

If the factory image recovery and reinstallation of the drivers did help, then sending it in to have warranty repairs made is perhaps the only way to resolve the problem.

Unfortunately, I have no other suggestions for you to try.
