Probook 445 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a suggested BIOS update to "01.01.04 Rev.A" the webcam stopped working. Now in the system settings there is a "USB BOOT" Webcam, which doesn't work.

The UEFI diagnostic tool says "Connection Test Failed"

Failure ID: GH7PUF-A6LA6M-MFPU3G-Q3C703

It seems that there is something wrong with the update file. Can i downgrade the BIOS somehow?

PRODUCT ID: 17T34ES

Thanks for your help!

Downgrading the BIOS did not repair the Webcam. During the first updateI i remember the message: component updatet "Flash erase failed". It seems that the firmware of the webcam would need a update.

Any suggestions?
