Probook 4520s Camera issue after Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade

I used my camera very well with the previous Win 7, and I did an upgrade some time ago, without checking the camera is working or not. I need it now again, but no application is able to make it working. The Camera system application reports: "We can't find your camera ... erro code: 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached".

According to the Device Manager, the driver "HP Universal Camera Driver" looks fine. I checked the archive on this forum and I found a similar issue at https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Archive-Read-Only/Probook-4520s-Camera-issue-after-Windows-7....

I tried the recommended fix there, but the link to download the driver on https://www.realtek.com/zh-tw/DOWNLOADS/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=30&PFid=43&Level=4&Conn=3&D... is not available anymore.

Any hint, please ?

Hi:

There are two different Realtek camera driver downloads, and I would have no idea which one you would need.

You could also try the W10 Universal webcam driver from the Probook 4540s and see if that works.
