Purchased a faulty Chromebook x360 14c today. Can not get any HP support. Automated support will not connect me to a live HP agent. Chrome says this is an HP issue. Possible faulty touchscreen? Very glitchy and opening tons of screens all at once by itself.

2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I got a refund from BestBuy, and I had to reorder the replacement online. Since my local BBY store didn't have on and are unable to order a replacement for me, I reordered it for myself at a higher price on BBY's website. Still waiting for it to arrive... Found out that the HP online brochure is incorrect and it is NOT an USI 1.0 stylus compatible Chromebook. So... I will be having to do a second replacement to get one that is.
