I am trying to find out which active pen protocol is supported by my HP ProBook x360 435 G7 Notebook PC. The display has an ELAN2513 digitizer, and Windows "Pen and Touch" settings confirm "Pen and touch support with 10 touch points." This indicates that the laptop is compatible with an active pen.
I understand that the HP Pro Pen G1 is the officially recommended pen for this model. However, it is not available in my location, and I would prefer to purchase a better, compatible third-party product. To do this, I need to know the exact protocol supported by the laptop's digitizer.
Please provide the specific active pen protocol (e.g., MPP, AES, Wacom, USI) that my laptop supports so I can purchase a compatible pen. I would appreciate it if you could refrain from simply recommending the HP Pro Pen G1 as an answer.
Thank you for your assistance.
