HP Pavilion 15-aw009na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After WHQL-Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-17.2.1-Feb28 I am unable to install any version of the graphics driver, everytime I install it, it gives me yellow warning sign in the device manager and error code 43 device not wokring. Latest driver from HP is 16.101.1701.1001 Rev.A  from Apr 29, 2016, seriously?

Any help will be much appreciated.

p.s. Don't want to mention the 3D Driveguard issue at all.

Hey there! @Vencigfx, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand you have issues installing the latest version of AMD graphics software on your PC.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes to your laptop?

As you mentioned you have issues installing the latest version of AMD graphics software on your PC.

1. Uninstall AMD drivers from Uninstall Wizard (not from Device Manager)
2. Download Driver Fusion, and select Delete on AMD.
3. Restart the PC. Go to HP official website, and download the latest driver.

Link to install the latest graphics driver on your PC.

Also, update the BIOS using this link.

Step 1: Right click the Start menu.

Step 2: Select the Control Panel.

Step 3: Click Troubleshooting.

Step 4: Click the Hardware and Sound item.

Step 5: Choose the Hardware and Devices.

Step 6: Click Next to make Windows detect hardware and devices problems.

Step 7: Then click Apply this fix to solve the problem.

If the issue still persists try updating the drivers using HP support assistant and check if it helps.

Refer this article to know more information about using HP support assistant.
