Screen stretched and blurry

my desk top screen has stretched and I have tried everything to get it back to normal

Could you define what you mean by everything? Please elaborate, so we don't end up repeating the steps you've already done.

That said, does the stretched screen appear on an alternate monitor as well? If not done, please check.

Did you reinstall the graphics card drivers? 

And last but not the least, could you add a screenshot of the stretched screen to understand the issue better?
