HP Laptop Notebook 15.6" HD Touch Display 15-bs060wm.

I have Windows10

The screen flickers or goes completely black. I check my brightness (100%), contract is off, and I checked for updates as well. I even followed an HP tutorial,  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FfkOlNfTgCU , I removed my battery and pushed the power button for 15 seconds. I am still having an issue. I am currently shining a flashlight on my screen to type this message. (It helps.)

I tried the troubleshoot assistant before writing this message.

I recommend you boot to BIOS and check whether you are able to duplicate the issue in the BIOS screen as well.
