Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand, your notebook gives this error message everytime you start your notebook,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
Here are few steps we could try to resolve the issue:
- Open Run command and type 'services.msc' then press Enter.
- Now search for AMD External Events Utility and double click on it.
- Then go to Startup Type & choose Disabled
- Apply & OK
Also, you could try these
- Start Device Manager. To do this, press and hold (or right-click) the lower-left corner of the desktop, and then select Device Manager.
- Locate and right-click the AMD display Adapter and then select Properties.
- Select the Driver tab, and then select Roll Back Driver.
- Restart & have a check.
Let me know how this goes,
Have a great day 🙂
Cheers 🙂
