Product: Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

Hi, I just received a Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen to use on my HP ENVY Laptop 16-h1059nr. I was told by a HP customer service representative that the pen would work out of the box with my system. Could someone please help me figure out why my pen is not connecting to my laptop?

 

I charged the pen and it is showing a solid white light to indicate full charge, but touching the pen to my screen does nothing.

 

Thank you in advanced for any help anyone provides!

Manual does NOT list any compatible pen/stylus. Please use the following way to check first
