Red dots when using 144 hz

Hello

I have been having a problem with red dots fo a while now. They only appear on dark colors. For example, if I open steam a few dots will follow the client as I drag it over the screen. There is also a lot of red dots on my windows background. The dots only appear when I am using 144 Hz.

Which application are you using?

Windows never work at 144hz, only when a resource demanding app requests that frequency, only then it would try to boost display rate to 144hz.
