Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I encountered a very strange problem when turning on the device. When I started, my display would not turn on and had a blank black screen. First of all, I decided to enable safe mode but it does not work. After that, I decided to check the BIOS and after I turned it on, this screen came out. Please help me solve the problem with this, Should I reset my laptop to factory settings?
