122898693_812515019572105_6202957332689155821_n.jpgThis is the screen when the issue happens, it doesnt happen all the time just enough to be an annoyance. There is no external damage on the casing and has been kept in a safe laptop case whenever moved around.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the screen turns red with vertically lines randomly.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Have you tested with an external monitor when this issue happens?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
