Regarding automatic pressing of backspace and touch pad not working

When I switched on my pc it automatic started press any thing. When I type it will be automatically deleted. I have try via onscreen keyboard. It also behave the same and also touchpad is not working. Like if I click on my pc folder it will start click on different folder automatically. Any solution?

Is the backspace key physically stuck? If not, disable the internal keyboard and then check if the external works fine.

Once internal is disabled from the device manager, ideally the mouse should work too. Also, check with an alternate mouse.
