hello, 

Recently I  had issue with my laptop, while I turn on my system, screen starts blinking and goes blank. After one hard reboot, issue gets resolved but keeps coming everytime, I shut down my system, turn on again. 

I have fully reset the system, updated all the drivers and windows. Run all the diagnosis test, no issue found.   Any suggestion further.
