Product: Hp Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

The size of all the icons, apps, task bar, cursor, and everything is very large. It shows the size is small and percentage is also less but all the things are large.

Please try:  Right click desktop, select view then select Small

If this won't work - re-install Windows.
