I just purchased my 15.6" Envy notebook. When I used Citrix to connect to my work PC remotely and maximized the screen, the taskbar of my local PC blocked the lower portion - the taskbar - of the remote PC. This made working remotely very challenging. Has someone had the similar problem and found a solution? Thanks.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi Echo_Lake:
I purchased the laptop shortly before the end of the year. It's brand new. The operating system came with the laptop. It's Windows 10 Pro 20H2. The Citrix software is Citrix Workspace 2012, which I am also using on an old Toshiba laptop (Windows 10 Home) without problems. There have been no hardware changes. It's an HP Envy Laptop 15-ep0035cl, with Product Number 3E765UA#ABA.
Thanks!
