Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V391AV)
I'm writing because I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue via chat and phone without success. support@hp,com emails bounce back.
I originally chatted in on 09/25 to ask for a repair of my laptop purchased at COSTCO about 4 months ago and still under warranty. The laptop failed to boot up and the screen failed to light up.
I received a box from HP on 09/26/23, followed all the instructions and shipped it to the repair center.
FedEx tracking shows that the repair center received and signed for my laptop on 09/29/23 at 11:30am.
All last week, I kept receiving emails to return my computer and began getting worried. After checking on hp.com/repair, I see that your system says that they are waiting on my laptop and it wasn't received.
HP chat and phone associates checked FEDEX tracking too, and all say not to worry about it - it was received. Obviously, I'm extremely worried about it. Checking on hp.com/support also shows me that the case created to fix my computer was also closed.
I need a definitive answer about where my laptop is and if it can't be found, I need a new replacement. I need my computer desperately due to work. I trust HP, purchase only purchase HP products and sincerely hope that this situation is a one off and can be resolved ASAP. I have no idea where to go from here.
