Replace TN matrix with IPS

Hey, I have HP ProBook 450 G4, 15.6" 1920x1080. I want to replace its TN matrix with an IPS one.

I see that it does not have support for an LCD display, however, I also found an IPS matrix on aliexpess which claims to be for my laptop model:

Could please say if this matrix is compatible and, if not, is it even possible to get an IPS matrix on ProBook 450 G4?

Please ask them directly one way to find out: ask them if this won't work, you gwt full your money back.
