Pavilion 14-cd0109tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a  Pavilion x360 14-cd0109tu  with a active pen. Unfortunately the digitizer glass cracked and needs to be replaced. The lcd panel is fine.

I cant seem to find just the active pen compatible digitizer glass. I don't need the whole assembly. I am capable of removing the old glass from the bezel (carefully releiving the glue) and installing just the new glass.

Does anyone know where I can buy just the Active Pen compatible digitizer glass panel?

@aarb

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

This sounds like hardware related issue as digitizer glass is cracked, and the digitizer glass is not a customer replaceable part, Hence, I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for your laptop. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Or

You can locate the part from HP Part surfer: http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?type=PROD&SearchText=4SP37PA

NOTE: HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
