Have connected with HP service via whatsapp chat, issue was automatic restart and sudden apperance of blue screen.
Have already connected 5 times, but the issue is resolved only for 1 - 2 days and then its recurring.
Whenever I connect, they go through kinda similar steps, but ain't able to resolve it completely forever.
As they said, the issue isn't Hardware so no technician would be provided.
Resolving software issue takes lot of my time.
My laptop is still under warranty. Hence, and Hp service isn't able to resolve it. So, now I need replacement before the warranty ends.
Also, I need quick response on this.
