Replacement screen HP Pavilion x360 14-dw0521sa

Hi folks, my son has cracked the screen on his 2 month old HP Pavillion x360 model: 14-dw0521sa and I was hoping to source a new one. Can anyone possibly know the part number or where I can purchase one from please and at what cost. Also if anyone has  had a similar issue can they reccomend a repairer. I live in the South East  Kent, Hythe area.

Hi,

The part number for the screen is L96515-001

Not available in HP store, however, you can perform an online search with the part number and find a compatible part.

On pages 52 - 53 of the service manual you can see the steps to replace the screen

You could have it done at your local trusted repair shop or try a HP service center in your area.
