Hey guys, I was opening Photoshop today and I got an error message regarding my Graphics driver being 2+ years old so Photoshop wasn't going to load.
I tried installing the new bulk driver https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html but got Error #1 saying the current driver was locked and installation was ended.
The Solution: Update your graphics driver, select from this computer, choose the driver from a list. Choose the basic Windows display driver. I had to reboot as my screen wouldn't display on this setting. Then I ran the 990mb file from Intel and it worked!
Best of luck.
