Dear HP Support Team,

I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the repeated technical issues I have experienced with my HP Pavilion x360, purchased on 18 June 2025. Despite multiple complaints and support interventions, the problems persist, significantly affecting the usability and reliability of the device.

Ongoing Issues:

  1. HP Stylus Malfunction:
    The stylus has been replaced 2–3 times, yet it continues to malfunction, impacting my child’s ability to use it effectively for note-taking and study purposes.
  2. Speaker Distortion:
    The laptop speakers consistently produce cracking or distorted sound, reducing audio clarity during online classes and multimedia usage.
  3. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Instability:
    After 4–5 hours of continuous use, the Wi-Fi icon disappears, cutting off internet access. Bluetooth connections also disconnect unexpectedly. These issues severely disrupt academic activities.

All these problems have been observed and acknowledged by HP technicians during service visits, but no permanent resolution has been provided.

Additional Context:

This laptop was specifically purchased to assist my son in preparing for his CBSE 12th Board Examinations. Unfortunately, the frequent malfunctions have created significant disruptions to his studies and have caused considerable mental stress.

Request for Resolution:

As the laptop is still under warranty until 18 June 2026, I kindly urge HP to consider one of the following actions:

  • Provide a full replacement with a new, fully functional unit,
  • Issue a full refund of the purchase amount, or
  • Extend the current warranty by 2 additional years, free of cost, as a gesture of goodwill and customer support.

I chose HP for its reputation in delivering quality products and reliable support. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it warrants and provide a resolution that restores my confidence in your brand.

If no resolution is given then I will have no other choice to approach consumer court. Hope you will address my concern and oblige me with the resolution.
