Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cc100tx
I have a Samsung Smart Monitor M7 that can display 4K at 60Hz. However, when I connect it to my Pavilion laptop, it only displays at 30Hz. The Windows settings indicate that my laptop's Intel UHD Graphics 620 can only support 4K at 30Hz, but I also have an NVIDIA GeForce 940mx that is capable of supporting 4K at 60Hz. I'm not sure how to switch my laptop to use the NVIDIA graphics card instead. I've confirmed that the cable and monitor are not the issues by testing with another laptop that can display at 60Hz. Can someone assist me in resolving this issue?
