I had bought my HP Envy ×360 convertible before one and half years and everything works perfectly fine on my laptop and it was great to use it. And in May 2023 I opened my laptop and heard a crack near the left hinge corner. And after that I couldn't close my laptop .I am keeping it open for a month and could not carry it anywhere. I sent the damage image to the HP service center and they told that the parts are not available for now. It is not my fault and It is an manufacturer issue clearly and not physical damage . I need this laptop as I have to do my works on lap for my studies. I request you to repair my laptop as soon as possible
