Product: Elitebook 840 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pretty new Elitebook 840 G6, i7 cpu, intel uhd 620 - not capable of 60hz when running 5120 x 1440 resolution on my new screen.

 

All drivers are up to date.

I have an Elitebook 840G3. On my Samsung 49" (5120x1440) it works at native resolution 60hz with a previous driver not the latest, and only when using Displayport to Displayport cable. With a DP to HDMI it drops to 30hz.

 

Note the HP docking stations do not pass through the DP that the laptop can do, and restrict it to 3000-something x 1080.
