How do I enable reverse scrolling on the touchpad? I don't see an option to change scroll directions in the touchpad settings. Is there another clickpad driver I can install instead?

Same problem here on a HP Pavilion 14-ce0830nd. Please help me out........

I have the same issue. Has this been resolved?

HP Recommended

I finally solved it by resetting Windows. Meaning formatting and starting Windows from zero. Then the driver of Synaptics got installed and there is a program in the list of programs for it where you can change the direction of the scroll and many other functions.

It's a terrible decision since you lose all your stuff in Windows but at least it worked.

I went to the previous settings of the driver and then the option came back. A little less dramatic as installing Windows again. Good luck!

Certainly, but in my case that didn't work either, I mean returning to the previous driver.
