Seems to be quite a problem going back a few years. Auto Rotation button missing from Action Centre, was there at one time. The screen doesn't auto-rotate any more. When screen rotated manually, and in tablet mode, the keyboard doesn't appear. Have tried everything suggested in the forums with no luck. OS system up to date as is all software.
OS Win 10 1903 build 18356.1 AMD AI2-9720P Radeon R7
Has anyone found a solution to this perennial problem?

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Keep me posted how it goes
Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊

Thank you for your reply. I have HPSA already on my laptop and have run this a couple of times, all drivers and software are up to date. There is something fundamentally wrong here as quite a number of people have had the same problem without being able to rectify. I have tried all of the remedies offered on the forum but the problem still exists. Any other
