HP Pavilion 17 NoteBook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI, I recentelly purchase this laptop ( HP Pavilion 17 Notebook ab004ns). It has 960M 2GB DDR5 Graphic card with Intel HD Graphic 530.

Now i am facing a problem that Screen beomes black suddenly and laptop is on, i tried to connect it on my led using HDMI Cable it works fine but laptop screen remains black.when i shutdown my laptop by pressing power button than screen works fine.

it alse flikers sometimes.the laptop screen works fine commonly but this problem occurs 1 to 2 time per day.

yes i am pretty sure this is not because of heating.Commonly i play games 2 to 3 hours and screen works properly but somestimes when i using my laptop causally like browsing the internet screen trurns black suddenly.

And one thing more all the HP PC Diagnostics Test are passed.

NOTE that all the drivers i have installed from hp site againt my serial number.

So please resolve it,

i will be very thankfull to you...

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. As you've performed relevant troubleshooting steps and the display issue persists.

I would suggest updating the latest version of bios will fix the issue. Click here to update bios. if its a hardware related issue with the display, the computer needs a service.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
