HP ENVY x360 convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a HP SPEN with my HP ENVY x360 convertible notebook. I did not use my pen after buying my laptop until now ,when i tried to change the button functions i opened HP PEN CONTROL app but it is saying the pen is not compatible with the laptop/notebook . so i tried updating the software and then tried again it did not work. i even tried to unpair the SPEN but i wasn't able to find the option . so i request to know if there is any way to fix the problem that is occuring in the HP PEN CONTROL app on my laptop/notebook.HP PEN CONTROL APP.png

My HP SPEN looks exactly like HP TILT Pen but it does not have the recharging feature and the top button. My pen only has 2 buttons. And this is the pen I gor with my HP ENVY x360 Notebook/laptop.

This might require one on one interaction.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

I hope that helps.
