I got a HP SPEN with my HP ENVY x360 convertible notebook. I did not use my pen after buying my laptop until now ,when i tried to change the button functions i opened HP PEN CONTROL app but it is saying the pen is not compatible with the laptop/notebook . so i tried updating the software and then tried again it did not work. i even tried to unpair the SPEN but i wasn't able to find the option . so i request to know if there is any way to fix the problem that is occuring in the HP PEN CONTROL app on my laptop/notebook.

I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
