WHEN I AM TRYING TO CLICK THE MOUSE IN ANY OF THE LINKS, THE SYSTEM GET SPINNING AND ALSO I AM NOT ABLE TO WORK AND SPINING DOESNT STOP AND IT GOES CIRCULE CIRCLE

Does the spinning only happen when you click on website links, or also when you open apps or files?

Does this happen in all browsers (like Chrome, Edge, Firefox), or just one?
