Good Day - Attention HP Customer Service 

 

I would like to  know how to get hold of support, My laptop went in for repairs while in warranty less than 90 days ago for a blurry camera 

This camera has gone back to blurry not even 90 days later and is now out of warranty 

 

I have now tried disputing the Warranty and receiveerror messages 

 

"We're sorry

HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later."

 

I have tried everything and can only access support if I pay a fee - does anyone have any suggestions?
