Hi,
I've just got a HP Envy laptop and am messing about with its touchscreen capabilities for the first time. Looks cool ! ..... BUT I also have a Samsung Note 5 and it would be great if the pen from that would work on my laptop touchscreen, and it doesn't seem to.
The pen, I think !, is an active one so may need some kind of pairing/matching/etc
Anyone any ideas
( My laptop screen DOES work .... I can draw on it with my finger )
Thanks
Nobby5

Welcome to the HP Forums,
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand you need information on using the stylus from Samsung on your HP device,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Did you check the updated compatibility list for the stylus on HP device? Click here, if you haven't.
While you respond to that,I'm afraid your HP device doesn't support an active stylus as it's not a part of the above link,
That said, you can always use a passive stylus from any device or brand, as they are compatible with all products.
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,

Good Luck.
