For those of you still wondering how to fix the issue with the video color saturation flickering during fullscreen video. I have found the solution, driverversion 31.0.101.2114 from 24.08.2022 from Intel is the driver working to fix this issue. 

 

I rolled back the driver and the problem is gone, and the driver listed above is the one it rolled back to.
