Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q879AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

There is damage on the display (scratches/ discoloration) caused by the laptop itself. When the laptop is shut down, the palm resting area (magnetic and bulging out slightly) hits against the display, causing the said damage to the screen. Every time the screen is turned down, the scratches seem to be only widening. HP needs to fix this issue for a product at this price point.
