Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea1000 (446B8AV)

So I have encountered some scratches on the top left of my hp spectre x360 14 and at some other spots only after 1 month of usage. I have been using it with great care and after some research on these, I have found out that this problem actually arises due to the arm rest against the screen when the laptop is closed. I do not know what to do next, since I consider this a design flaw in such a high end laptop .
