Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 (78G48AV)

There is a scratch on my laptop screen, which after careful measurement, it is clear that it is due to the line under the keyboard, in the sample image of the laptop, I have marked the scratch in green and the line under the keyboard in pink .
This is clearly due to a problem in the design of the laptop, and it is HP's responsibility to be held accountableUntitled.png
