HP Recommended
Product: hp spectre x360 2020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have little scratch marks on my screen that can be directly led back to the keyboard and touch pad. I have seen that many others have had the same problem and got free repairs but when I asked they said I would have to pay a huge amount of money. i have no idea if this is a design flaw but I am pretty sure it is.
