Scratches to the display on HP Spectre x 360

Hi, sorry if this has been asked numerous times before however I have scratch marks to my HP spectre screen along the top from where the keyboard pad sits. 

Is there any help you can give for this please?

I have the same issue. It is a design flaw with the laptop. There is a rubber bumper that goes around the screen, but because of the curve at the edges of the laptop around the keyboard the bumper does not come into contact with the bottom side of the case to stop the screen crashing into the case. My screen has visible damage where it rubs against the bottom case when the lid is closed and there is also a cut in the glass from the bottom edge of the touchpad.

@DMOD1 - Have you had it repaired or left it? I wonder if getting it buffed can fix it? 

It does not help with my OCD 🤣
