Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop was built with the screen frame not properly attached. It is currently a minor issue, it does not noticeably affect my use of the computer, but I can see that the glass in front of the screen is bending because of it and am concerned it can develop into a major issue. I have recently noticed that my screen will rarely flash pink for a moment, and am concerned the two issues are related.

 

I have tried contacting support for help but it has been difficult getting into contact with them so I'm hoping someone here can give some advice.
