Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fd0000 (B1PV4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My prior laptop stopped working.  I use it to connect to primary computer.  When I am not connected to my home network, I have to use remotedesktop.google.com.  I ordered this laptop because the price was so good and included Windows 11 and Microsoft Professional 2025.  Although the I can see when using (not sharp, however, definitely workable), when I pull up my home desktop using google remote desktop, the text is so blurry it's not possible to do any work remotely.

I am not a hardware techy so please provide responses as if I am a 70 year old female who doesn't know anything about computers.

HP Recommended

Please Try to use Quick assist option. go to start bar search > Quick Assist use code to to take remote or use third party software
