I've been  having a weird screen display almost every time after I turn on my laptop after it goes to 'sleep'. Sometimes the screen will stay like that and sometimes it will flash.  At first, it would happen because it needed an update, but now it's after I turn it back on. I haven't been able to find a solution via the virtual help or google since I haven't been able to describe the screen. The only thing that works is restarting it, if possible, or I have to turn it off by pressing the on/off button.

I would really appreciate the help since now the laptop has been up to date but the screen keeps appearing.

Thank you!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display after the computer wakes up from sleep.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

This seemed to fix the problem! It’s bean a couple of days and I haven’t had the issue again.

Thank you!
