HP Pavilion x360

Hi-

I came across this forum because apparently the issue of Popped out screens/Cracks is common to this HP Product (Pavilion x360). I am a teacher and only use it in Lap top mode vs the tablet mode so it isn't due to overuse. It's NEVER been dropped or mishandled, yet it popped out on its own. As I am STILL under warranty I saw that this issue would be considered Customer Induced, which apparently IS NOT the issue since so many others have/are having the same problem. Warranty should cover this since this is obviously a manufacturers flaw. How can I get this resolved? Aside from this issue, the product has been good to me, now I wish the company would be good to us too.
