Product: HP U28 4K HDR Monitor

Hi all

 

I need one help

 

I have installed in my laptop HP ENVY Laptop 16-h0047 two screens HP U28 4k HDR Monitor, both bought together brand new,  using in the extend mode

 

Issue:

When I extend any application (eg: Excel) from one screen to another,  it's not coming aligned in both screen there is a step between one and other.   (the windows bar are aligned)

 

How it's connected :

First Screen USB C

Second Screen HDMI

 

Attempts to fix:

  • Display settings check
    • Alignment
    • Resolution
    • Zoom factor
  • Shift the connection

All unsuccessful attempts

 

I don't know if one of the screen has a malfunction, individually it's work fine

 

Please let me know  your opinion.
