Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I pressed the power button, the laptop screen blank but the power lights was ‘on’, and it display correctly on external monitor (The store owner told me the screen was damage and need to replace).
So the question,
1. Can the problem be solve with the screen replacement?
2. Since my model is touch screen, can the screen be replaced with other than touch screen? I mean the non-touch screen?
3. Can it also not be from the same brand HP?
Thank you. I would appreciate if anyone can reply me ASAP.
