The brightness of my laptop seems to be stuck at 20% whenever I use the brightness-adjustment keys. Sliding the bar up to 100% works, but then when I press the brightness up key, it goes down to 60%, 40%, 30%, 25%, etc.

I've had this problem before, and did not know what I did to fix it, nor what I did to enable it.

From Intel software, go to power, battery then Find Display Power Saving Technology and set it to Disable. Also turn off adaptive brightness from windows settings.
